Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after being placed. Dispatch means your order has been handed over to the carrier and is on its way to you.
During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery time depends on your location and begins once your order has been dispatched.
📦 United States: 4-7 business days
✈️ Worldwide: 7-10 business days
Please note that international shipments may experience customs delays outside of our control, which could extend delivery times.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to processing delays or cancellations.
If our system detects an address issue, our team will contact you within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we don’t receive a response, we may cancel your order.
If you notice an error, please e-mail us at hello@eternawell.shop within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update your details, but we can’t guarantee changes after this timeframe.
Delayed Delivery
We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, delays can occur due to courier issues, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
If your order is delayed, we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and keep you updated.
Please note that EternaWell LLC cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by external factors.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed to our courier partners, it is their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@eternawell.shop and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
While these situations fall outside our refund policy, we will do everything possible to help resolve the issue. In certain cases, we may offer a replacement.
