Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make adjustments. If your order is canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident in the results our products deliver. That’s why we ask you to try them for a minimum of 14 days to experience the benefits. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return your item anytime within 60 days of purchase for a refund. Please note that any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page or e-mail us directly at hello@eternawell.shop. To speed up the process, include your Order Number or the Name and E-mail Address used at checkout.
Damaged Items
We carefully package every order, but in the rare case your product arrives damaged (broken or defective), please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Send an e-mail to hello@eternawell.shop with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.
Please note: damaged packaging (such as a dented box) is not considered product damage. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for damage caused by regular wear, misuse, or normal use.
Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control are not our responsibility. For issues with lost, stolen, or delayed packages, please contact the courier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and not corrected within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot issue a refund or resend the package.
